Why I Started
There comes a time in every woman’s life when she feels the pull a deep, unshakable knowing that she is meant for more. For me, that moment came when I realized that too many of us are pouring into spaces that drain us, shrinking to fit into places that don’t honor us, and carrying burdens that were never ours to hold.

And That’s the Tea Podcast was born out of my own journey of healing, alignment, and growth. I wanted to create a space where women—especially Black women—could come to reclaim their power, reflect on their journey, and rise into their greatness. A space where truth meets transformation, and where every conversation pours back into you.

I started this podcast because I believe in the power of community and storytelling. I believe that when we share our truths, we unlock the wisdom to heal ourselves and inspire others to do the same. This is why I started—to give you a space to rise, to heal, and to remember the brilliance that has always been within you.

A Black woman's power is her own, but it's the tribe behind her that amplifies her voice and fortifies her spirit.
